OnNet Technologies provides AI-driven communication solutions, including but not limited to:

  • AI Receptionist and Voice Agents.
  • AI Booking and Scheduling Systems.
  • AI Customer Service and Automation Tools.
  • Integration services with CRMs and third-party platforms.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

  • Business Use: Our services are primarily designed for business entities. If you are using the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
  • Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

  • Violate any local Thai laws or international regulations.
  • Deceive or mislead callers by misrepresenting the AI as a specific human individual (transparency of AI interaction is required).
  • Transmit "spam," "junk mail," or unsolicited automated calls in violation of the Thai Computer Crimes Act.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models and platforms.

4. AI SERVICE DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS

  • Nature of AI: You acknowledge that our services utilize Generative AI. While we strive for high accuracy, AI may occasionally produce "hallucinations" or incorrect information.
  • Human Augmentation: Our AI is an augmentation tool, not a total replacement for human judgment. The Company is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated summaries or data.
  • Fail-Safe: Users are responsible for configuring appropriate "human-escalation" triggers within the portal to handle complex or sensitive interactions.

5. DATA PRIVACY AND PROTECTION (PDPA)

OnNet Technologies complies with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

  • Data Processor Role: When providing services to your business, we act as a "Data Processor" for the personal data of your customers. You, the client, act as the "Data Controller."
  • Consent: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary legal basis or consent from your customers to record calls or process their data through our AI platform.
  • Security: We implement industry-standard encryption and multi-tenant isolation to protect your data.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Ownership: All website content, AI algorithms, software, and trademarks are the exclusive property of OnNet Technologies.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your business operations according to your subscription plan.

7. FEES AND PAYMENT

  • Fees are billed based on the selected package (e.g., usage-based or flat monthly fees).
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of the AI Agent services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, OnNet Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from:

  • Interruption of telecommunication networks.
  • Errors in AI-driven booking or scheduling.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure login credentials.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chon Buri, Thailand.
